So, I have a set of golf clubs. Very, very old and shitty golf clubs

    But, golf clubs nonetheless.

A buddy of mine is trying to get me to go out and play a bit, as I've got him playing volleyball with me on a friend of mine's coed team. So, I bought some wiffle-golf-balls, and hit them this evening in my mega-yard. I didn't do as bad as I thought I'd do. I'd say after 30m of swinging, I managed to get about 75% of them to go straight.

Despite the mosquitos, I had some fun, and expect to make a complete fool of myself on a course here in the next month or so

That's what it's all about. And it's a fine reason to crack a beer at 8 in the morning.

When I was a TV AD sales guy had to play golf all the time. The best part for me was the massive amounts of drinking we did at the club house before the game.

Golf is fun and enjoyable. I try to play about every weekend. And if you really enjoy it you can get a better set for not much scratch. Enjoy!
