    There really is no reason to use them. Just use quality fluid and you'll be fine. My Pathfinder has over 200k on the clock and the transmission fluid stays squeeky clean. When I had to replace the gasket in the valvebody the 40k or so old fluid looked brand new.

    Can't say I'd be surprised, although I'd also like to see 2 motors that were for sure maintained teh same way
