You can't mention the Jackson Death Angel and not mention the "butt plug", a legendary piece of obscure Jackson trivia.

RC occasionally mentions it in interviews.

Ive heard bits and pieces from what they have put out the last 10 years or so. Its decent but nothing grabbed me by the balls like the UltraViolence did.

Relentless Retribution was a pleasant surprise/comeback with a lot of really good bits, Dreams Call For Blood was a great album. The last two have been great, but basically the same thing as Dreams Call For Blood. Like, part II and part III of that album.

Pretty much all the 80s thrash bands still going post 2010 have perfected their formula and keep releasing good albums, even if they are a bit uninspired/plateau like.

Best post 2000 thrash record by an 80s band is Hordes of Chaos IMO. Fucking love that one. Some of the tracks suck, but tracks like Warcurse and the title track fucking rip. Tankard's post 2000 output also fucking rips. It's a shame that a lot of people think of Tankard as only the "alcohol themed thrash band". Like, 60% of their stuff is just brutal social commentary and shit. Sodoms new shit has also been awesome across the board. In War And Pieces and Sacred Warpath both ripped.
