Woods End (for fans of Opeth's Damnation)

Recent Spotify discovery of mine, though I can't for the life of me remember how I stumbled on them. They're a contemporary Swedish... folk rock, maybe, band - I'd call them melancholy Americana, except they're not American - very much in the vein of Opeth's Damnation. I think this stuff is awesome.

My interest is piqued. Grabbed the two albums in apple, gonna listen to some right now while I wait on a flight.

Definitely dig this type of stuff, and it’s so hard to find a band that really gets the mood just right. I’ll usually end up finding bands with one or two tracks on an album that really nail it, then the rest sucks or is forgettable.

I gave it a listen when this thread popped up, it's solid. Kind of reminds me of the Dominici acoustic album crossed with Damnation crossed with a touch of David Bowie (vocally).
