    Eddie Van Halen's 1978 Touring rig is on display in New York.

    Saw this on FB from Eddie's page:


    "My 1978 touring rig and original "Frankenstein" guitar are on display in New York at the Metropolitan Museum of Art's "Play It Loud" Instruments of Rock & Roll exhibit. The exhibit opens to the public on April 8th."

    I saw that on Twitter this morning. I've seen so many pictures of that rig that it has almost become lore. I can't imaging seeing it in person. They even have the bomb...amazing!
