How is it, exactly, that we've gotten this far into a Testament solo thread without the monster that is Practice What You Preach?

    So live for today,
    Tomorrow never comes.
    Die young, die young,
Can't you see the writing in the air?
    Die young, gonna die young,
    Someone stopped the fair.

As far as "Practice What You Preach," probably it's been quoted too much when Skolnick just as good solos in other songs. Still LOVE IT however. My favorite is the Alcatraz Prison version.

His solo here is almost the equivalent of "Electric Crown" for me personally.

This is Amazing. I miss Skolnick playing his Heritage's. He looked so Badass playing them.

Also. If you guys haven't seen they re-record "Apocalyptic City" on the last album for Japan.
    Sounds amazing.

I just realized that this is the re-recorded 2012 version of "Practice What You Preach!" Besides the terrible Youtube compression it sounds amazing.

I always end up listening to this one it seems like after I hear the original. This is probably my favorite solo besides "More Than Meets the Eye."

What's your favorite Testament song or Solo?
Tempesta is working the fuck out of that snare drum!

Gene is amazing and all, but I'd rather hear John or Paul play the classics.

I could understand why. Gene is amazing but I agree those other guys have a certain "Character" for Testament.

Paul's parts on "Formation of Damnation" were fantastic.

Seems this become a Testament thread

In that case as a heads up Andertons (UK) is making a sick promotion on the Alex Skolnick LTD, almost 50% off.
