    Love that strat tone on the live Voodoo Chile video.

    Crazy how his guitar is upside down. I guess if you start learning that way and you're self-taught it doesn't make any difference does it?

    This guy is exactly why I don't like Joe Bonamassa. Sure, he has a ton of chops, but then you come across a real blues player and it's all over. Eric Gales just fuckin' KILLS it.

    I'll have to check this out after work. Thanks for the intro.

    On the Bonamassa thing - I still like some of his work, but the honeymoon period ended for me sometime after seeing him live. The guy is a great player, but I get absolutely no feeling from his playing.
    All I can ask is that I suck a little less each time I pick up my guitar...
