    I cannot get into this band hardly at all and I'm a very open-minded musician.

    I've even seen them live, they just do nothing for me. Superbly talented none the less.

    In the same vein, checkout Vulfpeck, KNOWER and Corey Wong. There's kind of a whole generation of guys with that mashup rock, R&B, funk and jazz jam shred thing going on and it's glorious.

    Adding Theo Katzman's solo stuff. He even does a cool Eagles cover. The obnoxious falsetto in the verses aside, the song really works as a mid tempo funk/neo soul vibe.

    Also for more guitar centric stuff, check out Mateus Asato. He's usually associated with all the neo soul jam vibes due to the musicianship.
