The ESP 87 series is really cool, and the Fender HM strat is also cool. Most new guitar designs don't interest me, so I've basically given up on new guitars. New amps also don't really excite me as well. The trend is towards smaller heads with built-in effects and IR loaders, but for some reason that really turns me off. Even though not having a built-in gate and OD are my cited reasons for not using tube heads live, heads that include those just do nothing for me. The digital and analog realm for amps should remain separate, IMO.
    C'mon son.

Maybe im just too "fed up" or not really caring that much but... I was expecting more, much more.

    - Where are Abasi guitars? I mean guitars people can try and buy?

    - Where's the Fractal new cheaper pedal board? Still Software issues after 6 months??? Come on... even the guys from Neural had something.

    - No new Solars?

    - ESP doesn't really gets into me, in fact I think most of their models look like crap... they have some of the fugliest guitars designs almost on par with Dean and BC Rich...

    - Speaking of Dean... no one showing Kerry King new Sig?

    - Washburn only had the new Nuno Guitar the he will never play?

    - Ibanez... wow a new JEM that Steve will pose with for a few pics and a show or two and the gets back to his trusty White JEM.

    - Kramer? Ermmm... ok..

    - Kiesel used to show lots new guitars and I didnt even heard from them this NAMM

    - Mayones?

    - Epiphone at least show something

This is just top of my head...

Unlike most other brands Solar releases a few models "all the time" instead of a bigger release in the beginning of the year and nothing new in between.

So I'm not surprised there's nothing new at NAMM this year...
It was just a couple of weeks ago they released that pink superstrat
