Came across a used copy of this album at the music store yesterday. I'm always looking for CD versions of albums I had on cassette back in the day. If you don't know, Bob was a member of Husker Du-

    Holy. Shit.
For anyone that likes Metallica's blues jam phase from Load-era, this is a fucking treat. This is three weeks ago in Germany.
Papa Het busts out all the right moves jamming, Kirk doesn't fuck up the solo, and Lars even sells it well.
    I do miss Jason. :-(

This burrowed into my head today. Had never heard of them before this track but I did it. It's not metal but really quirky but a great 80s vibe to their music.

They may not be metal but they actually do a real good version of Battery!

This has been getting a lot of play from me lately:
Killer riffage, great solos by Tommy Bolin (Deep Purple, etc..)
