    FRiedman MIC-NO-MO

The Friedman MIC-NO-MO all-analog cabinet simulation box eliminates issues like mic-bleed,
cluttered stages, and inconsistent mic placement. It does it with the popular cabinet simulation
found in our Runt series of amplifiers. Simply place the MIC-NO-MO between your amplifier
and speakers*, select your favorite simulated mic placement, and send the pure sound of your
unique tone to the audience without the headaches associated with using actual microphones.

It's not obnoxiously expensive. How different can it be from the other 1.5 million versions of this?

The name has a certain "April Fool" quality to it.

    - No IR loading capability
    - No loadbox functionality

I don't get this at all. There are cheaper options, and also much more flexible options for not much more money. What exactly does this do to justify it's existence besides saying "Friedman" on it?
    C'mon son.

hey, I can't talk, I can't see what would justify any of these things' existence when a SM57 is $99, but that's just me...

Well, it's a bigger deal when playing live, where you could have upwards of 10+ mics on stage, all interacting.

Yep, it can be pretty nice for recording on a budget where you'll likely just track the band in a room.

I highly doubt it's a much better option than what outs there but I imagine they are building them in relatively low numbers planning to sell them to people who already own something with the Friedman badge on it.
