Huh Yeah I've been using Planet Waves for years now, I've had the same two for about 50+ shows and they're still going strong.

I once had an argument with a sales assistant on Denmark street who was trying to tell me there's no such thing as a speaker lead, I must be wanting a guitar lead. I've been happily shopping online ever since.

I use Planet Waves too. Nice and heavy duty. Anyone claiming there's a tone difference from their cables is selling you snake oil, but I'll pay a premium for one built well that isn't likely to fail.

I got lucky and walked in my local shop while one of the guys was making them and bought one of his... it looks like a goddamn bridge support cable. I've not had a problem with it at all, but then, I don't gig.
Words I didn't say hurt my feelers... but this is my safe space.

I have some really beefy neutrik ends on whatever really-solid-but-not-exceptional brand of generic cables we used to sell that are like something you'd imagine mesa would build if they built their own 1/4" speaker plugs. The cables themselves are rated for like 4800w loads too lol. I have a 150" cable made of the stuff plus a bunch of the ends somewhere, so if I need more in a given length I just shorten that one since odds are I'll never need to power a strip club from 100+ feet away.

I use SpectraFlex, but I’m sure if Planet Waves’ speaker cables are like their regular cables, they’re awesome.

    Not surprisingly, I use these.
