I'll second what Vince said and with tonal options being almost endless I learned to snap a photo of the front of the amp whenever I dial in something nice so that I can get back to it later.

I've already begun the process of taking pictures of settings. This amp is nothing like my ENGL and Marshall, set it and forget it amps, this thing is absurdly complex. I'm gonna try those settings and see how they sound.
    C'mon son.

I'd love to get one of these. I've got a V:25 and I love it, but this seems to be about the perfect Mesa.

What is the difference between that and a Mark V?

Yeah, the Mark V is a great amp, but fuck, the JP2C is some next level shit. If high-gain is your bag than there are few Mesa amps that even compete, and in terms of functionality and overall tone the JP2C is better than most amps period. For what it's worth I still prefer the Savage for rhythms but the Mesa packs a serious punch in it's own right.
