    Mesa Mark IV combo Fan

The fan in my Mark IV combo unfortunately has a 2 pin 115v plug Howard Industries fan. The combo itself is wired for 240v.

Is there another fan I can use to replace the one in the combo?

Seems odd to have a 115v fan for a 240v amp.

Measure the voltage where it plugs into the combo unit (AC volts) to see if 115 is correct or not.

It probably isn't getting 240V where it is powered from. Is it wired directly into the amp? Or is it on one of the passthrough plugs?

My older marks are all done off of a passthrough, but my newer ones are all hardwired in.

It's an early model so it's a passthrough plug.

Are you just now installing a fan? Or has it been in use?
