    Why are you listening to what the non-guitar playing members have to say in the first place? Everyone knows their votes don't count.

    Their "input" is "appreciated", but unless they have to cast a vote to resolve a tied dispute between two guitar playing members their votes don't actually count.

    Long time Kemper user here. It has issues but latency is not one of them
