Nah I prefer the Mesa/Boogie logo, too. Low key one of the reasons I got the Mark III and Mark IV I had was because it had the M/B logo. <img src="https://www.metalguitarist.org/forum/images/smilies/laugh.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Laugh" class="inlineimg" />

It’s so stupid and superficial, but yeah, I understand

I don't have a problem with the logo, I don't think it looks truck like.

The thing that looks too "BUILT DODGE RAM TOUGH" that Mesa does is the diamond plate grills. Never liked the aesthetics of Diamond Plate grills. Those definitely make me think of tricked out redneck trucks. I do not like diamond plate on amps, at all.

The black diamond plate option looks good though.

That being said, if you have to pick something to put on top of your cab and the choices are an amp with a diamond plate grill or a decorative lamp from Home Depot clearly intended as staging furniture, definitely go for the amp with the diamond plate grill.

If you poll everyone in the aisles where those lamps are located, you'll find they are either realtors looking for staging furniture, or people looking for staging furniture to decorate rooms they are renting out on Air BNB.

You should either switch it out to a bowl of fruit to balance out the Kemper in a more aesthetically pleasing fashion or get one of these and slap a Mesa Engineering logo on it. At the very least a diamond plate amp shade is in order.

The only Mesa Grills I am into besides the standard cloth or leatherish tolex type ones are the faux crocodile skin ones from the Stiletto series. Those are so gloriously awful.

Of course, those never ended up being as popular as the diamond plate ones, because even though people "totally aren't buying this amp because it is good at Nu-Metal", they still want that glorious Nu-Metal aesthetic.

It's a fantastic amplifier and it could be bright pink with a sparkle pony grille and it still wouldn't change the fact that it's a fantastic amplifier. The diamond plate and truck logo are very forgivable, but if I can change the logo when I get my cab I probably will.

I'm surprised Chris doesn't have a Yankee Candle next to his Kemper.
