Depends on the type of night you're going for

I have two 4u cases from them, both great. They feel extremely solid, most I’ve had in one is an Engl e840 tube amp with a Furman though. I don’t remember anything off putting about the experience on either occasion. Only issue I’ve had is on the first case I had the tolex come unglued on the inside. Stapled it down and that was that. To be fair, the case was living in a storage unit with no climate control in North Carolina summer.

    I’ll find some pictures sometime.

Here you go. This is the first case, the second is identical except a few inches deeper. Pic shows what I’m talking about with the tolex glue. Not really sure if I blame the company for that considering the temperatures I stored it in.

Thanks. My goal was more of a regular headshell type look for my rack since I don't need it to go out touring/gigging. That shallow one unfortunately now just sits unused, the second deeper one houses an AxeII, matrix & furman. I can snap a picture next time I'm out at the practice space.

I am on the fence whether to get one with lids of not. Honestly I am starting to think if I ever gigged again I’d buy something like a Kemper so I can keep my “real” amps safe at home.

Yeah I debated the lids, but decided I didn’t like not having the corner bumpers and having the latch hardware all the time when I would likely almost never put the lids on anyways
