Now, I run my effects in the effects loop of the Triaxis and then it goes out to the 2:90 through normal outputs, but my gating is all done in a digital pedal.

    Nope. Everything is mono right up until the 2:90. Just before the 2:90, I've got my Twin-City splitter, so I can send mono or stereo, depending on how many cabs I bring and how loud I want to be.
