    If you asked me for the last like 15 years I'd say V30. Today I say C90.

    Really it depends on the amp.

    Yeah, all going to depend on your amp. For VHT P50Es, for Mesa, C90 seems to be the go to. Add to that that it's completely subjective and the "best" speaker is going to be what you like more.

    I find that paperboard makes the best speaker.

    Closed-back cab = V30
    Open-back cab = C90

    I mean, it doesn't really matter, there are so many different sounds out there... that's what's so awesome about the IR game right now. You can just download a bunch of types of things and try them out. And if you find something you really like, you can buy that speaker and try it in your real cab.
