The seemingly random capitalization in Mesa manuals would support that observation.

I think Randall Smith had limited involvement with this particular manual, since it's pretty concise by Mesa standards and doesn't include several extensive segues in which the inner workings of amps are explained to you using the Pony Express as a metaphor.

Large parts of it also actually made sense. It's actually pretty good for a Mesa manual and has some good advice, I'm assuming the regular manual guys brought in some new talent for this particular manual as its somewhat light on "Adjust the knobs using your soul and third eye" style nonsense.

I would love to hear a Mesa manual actually endeavor to explain how USB functionality works.

I did learn that at the Mesa factory they routinely preface statements with, "IN THE NAME OF GREAT AND BALANCED TONE".

"IN THE NAME OF GREAT AND BALANCED TONE, THERE IS TONAL THIEVERY AFOOT IN MY FX LOOP."

Also worth mentioning, the first high profile Mesa endorser who really put them on the map when it was just a dude modifying Fender amps and added the "Boogie" part to the name, was none other than Carlos "a place of immortality" Santana.

Who may or may not have used a Mesa Boogie on the timeless hit "Smooth", which came from a place of immortality outside of time and gravity, even if Carlos Santana had trouble first believing Rob Thomas when he crooned "Man it's a hot one".

I would pay to read a Mesa manual written by Carlos Santana.

I was hoping for that. I was not disappointed.

Every time they capitalize Tone, they're talking about Tone Loc.

Well, for my part, I'm a proud Tone Thief (capitalized because it's trademarked, copyrighted, and down for litigation).

If you put the random capitals in the correct sequence it will give you the tone secrets of the gods.

I cannot read and understand such language

I tried to read a record contract once and just signed it because it was filled with these ridicolous big words
