    Mean instrument. Subtle but I like that it's got the early RG2228 version of the headstock as opposed to the pointier Iceman style headstock that's common on the ones that came after.

    Congrats man, I tried the prestige RG 8 from when they first came out and the neck is just too big for me lol.

    At that scale length, it’s less a guitar with extra low strings, and more a Bass VI with extra high strings

    I had one of these a while back, they are great fun if you are into playing meshuggah but as you say very little use for anything fast or shreddy, fucking massive also. Enjoy it, I enjoyed mine.
