    Ditto that. I, I mean Santa, got my older son (9) a Yamaha 3/4 size acoustic for Christmas. My 3 year old got a ukulele after he tried to take home his cousin's uke. Both of them want to jump on my guitars when I pull them out, but that's about the only time they show interest in playing. I've tried too show my oldest an E minor chord, but he also wants to be able to just shred without practicing. He's a smart kid academically, and I think he thought learning guitar was going to be as easy as his classes are.
