    Blues Saraceno Jackson

    Anybody posted this here yet?

Not super into Blues Saraceno, but I think this actually predates his plaid usage, since Plaid was an early 90s album and the Yamahas are from the first half of the 90s as well.

I'm not sure if a guitar like this requires a matching kilt or not.

    I'd buy that if:

    - It was the green finish like the Yamaha
    - It wasn't triple what it's worth

    Still cool though.

The Yamaha is still one of my unicorn guitars.

Same here. Simon actually found me one a few years ago but I didn't have the scratch at the time to pick it up. I think he did buy it, not sure if he kept it. He's an upstanding lad these days so he probably plays it constantly just to mock me.

I'm pretty sure I found that and sent it to him. It's one of my unicorn guitars too.

My local music store had one once! But as usual I had no money.

Changing the subject horizontally, does anyone ever look for the Ty Tabor Yamaha? I've never tried one but would certainly be up for it.

All the 90s Yamahas are sick guitars. Even the non MIJ ones. They know how to make a good guitar. Normally I don't think Korean or Indonesian guitars are as good as MIJ's, but I had one of the 90s Yamahas I got for like, $180 used on a whim, and it was a great guitar.
