swirls as the main body art, but a different swirl as the stripe.

I though of it, making a Yellow Swirl Striped( too much work for me) and something "similar". Using newspaper strips as the Stripes. Cover the guitar with Newspaper collage of some sort, Seal it and then Tape it and paint it Black.

I was thinking in doing this to my Wolfgang Standard but the brief tests I did on Photoshop didn't really appealed to me. It become just "too busy". Then I saw that Charcoal Striped and its where I will be going one day

    In theory yes you can.

Swirl the guitar as you want. Mask the stripes with good Tape (and tape sizes). Swirl it again and hope the Tape didn't come loose. Let it dry and remove the Tape. It sure will be something "trippy AF".

Yes, but as Mpexus says you'd need to swirl it first, mask it, repaint it white/the swirl base colour (to stop the first swirl showing through) and then swirl again.

Here's the body reassembled. Still working on staining the neck. I think I put the first stain coat on the neck too thick as it's taking forever to fully dry.

    Thanks, M!

Haven't had as much luck with the neck so far. Was going for a much darker blackish tone, but after 3 coats of stain this is where I was:

    And the fourth coat:

Getting there... but don't think I'll be able to achieve the full charcoal effect I was picturing in my head when I started.
