It's practically already got one, just remove the chunk of wood where they filled in the Kahler route.

Seems Jim Irsay is the buyer of the Black Strat and the "Wish You Were Here" Martin. Is this guy the owner of the Colts?

I just checked him out. Dude apparently collects this shit for a living as well.

"Outside of football, Irsay has made notable investments in music and memorabilia. In 2001 Irsay purchased the original manuscript of On the Road, or "the scroll": a continuous, one hundred twenty-foot scroll of tracing paper sheets that Jack Kerouac cut to size and taped together, for $2.43 million. And on May 5, 2018, he purchased an original printing of the 1939 book Alcoholics Anonymous with notes handwritten by the author Bill Wilson, cofounder of AA, for $2.4 million at auction.[15]"

"Irsay is a big fan of British rock band The Who. Irsay also has purchased guitars originally owned by Elvis Presley,[16] George Harris\on, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Bob Dylan, Jerry Garcia[16] and Prince[17] as well as a Ludwig drum set belonging to Ringo Starr.[18]"

Video of the last couple minutes of the auction-

I like how Gilmour didn't say a peep about which charity the money was going to until right before the auction. No doubt, the outcome could have been entirely different had he not gone that route, unfortunately.
