NGD: Warmoth Telecaster, now with Gristletone!

Some of you may have seen this in varying levels of assembly on FB already, but here are the official baby pictures. Roasted ash body, roasted flame maple neck with just abalone side dots, Sperzels, and the Fishman Greg Koch set. It is really awesome. I did get a satin nitro finish on the neck, even though allegedly roasted maple doesn't need it. It feels like nothing's there though.

I'm officially an old man. I HATED Telecasters when I was 16. HATED them. Thought they were only for country, looked stupid, etc. Even now, I don't like Fender versions, because of the lack of arm contour and belly cut (which believe me, I need!). But this one fixes those little things, while still making it sound like a Tele. The Fishmans are stunning. They're not far off from the ASATs in the shop here, but even through a raging JP-2C (and fluorescent lights) there's next to no noise. It's almost a weird, new sound, because I'm not used to hearing Tele pickups on such higher gain.

Yeah they are, but they come with everything. The pickups, the battery pack, and the input jack/charging port.
