My brother in law has the Axiom fanned 7 with the Fishmans and he said it's 10/10 fit and finish, i haven't played it myself. They're above the Iron Label but below the Prestige line. Everything I've seen reminds me of the first gen Premium line.

I assume that's a photo-top and not an actual veneer?
Those types always look great in pictures but just weird in person IMO. Like those RG premiums.

Could be. My bass is a photo top and it looks cool in real life - but not as cool as my LTD H7 quilt. Haven't seen a guitar with a photo top IRL yet.Originally Posted by Chris

The Axion 7 string fanned fret with Fishmans is one of the main guitars I considered getting when I bought my current guitar, but I think the purple color was the main thing that turned me off from it (I actually played it, and the fanned frets didn't bother me at all).
