Help me decide: KM6 or Soloist

A buddy of mine is selling his mint Schecter KM6 mk1, and offered it to me for below market value because he knows I absolutely love it and have asked him to sell it to me more than once. I wasn't expecting him to pop up and tell me he was selling it, but he did. The thing is, if I buy it, I'll be tapped out for play funds until I sell some other stuff. I've been flipping guitars lately and have made a nice little fund with the profit and this would wipe all that out, leaving me with nothing to buy any other guitars to flip should a good deal come along.

On the other hand, there's a local guy with a sweet Jackson Soloist that he's willing to let go for half the price of the KM6. But, I've never played it and really have no need for yet another Floyd Rose in my life...

The KM6 has Dimarzio Titans, the Soloist has a JB/59 set - which means I'm replacing the bridge pup either way. But, can sell the one I yank to pay for the replacement (going to get an Elysian Trident II).

If I get the KM6, I'm back to square one, but probably have no need to "upgrade" my 4 players anymore (2-6s and 2-7s). If I get the Soloist, I still have flip money for another buy, but will eventually sell the Soloist...

Buy the KM6 is my suggestion. If you know and love it, then it's a no brainer. Can't take money with you buddy.

I'd take the Soloist, personally. I just bought one.

If you offered to buy a friends' KM6, and he is now offering it to you at a friend deal price, buy his guitar.
