Need advice with guitar

I had a shit amp setup for a long time and it made me not really like playing now I just jam out every once in a while where I never did then. I still don't give a shit so I don't practice but I'd rather a 5150 and ltd than a suhr or something and a crate.

You can always swap pickups on a guitar or have a tech do a good setup on it, but it's kinda hard to unfuck a crappy amp.

All advice taken . I have now abandoned the idea of a new guitar. Will start to figure out thhe other elements of my tone. I will post questions regd that . And seems like a reasonable fix to block the bridge. Will try that out
