^And get artist endorsements from anyone and everyone that only last like 3 days, but long enough for them to advertise that shit.

Well, Agile/SX (Rondo Music) became an Internet only company, but they didn't start out like that (when they opened in 1959). They own their factory in Korea; they don't have their guitars made for them by Pearless or World or someone else, and they used to make the Korean guitars for other much bigger brands as well. They had a very big store in New Jersey for years, which is where the word of mouth started.

Schecter has a bit of a different history though, it's not straight ownership from '76 to now, it's been 3 completely different ownership groups with completely different philosophies over the years. There was nothing of the company except Dave Schecter's name when the second owners sold that to the current owner in '87 either.

Resurrecting an old thread here. Have a line on a super clean, Legator Ninja Pro 300 series 7 string. Pristine white, Strat shape (no headless fan fret crap) that looks like it's brand new for a smoking price. But, I feel like y'all need to talk me outta this - especially since I feel like if I get tired of it, it won't be easy to re-sell due to the negative press I see on the old Googleator.

    Thoughts?
