custom Wolfetone re-wound Duncan JB 7

Brief & Accurate Description of gear:

Seymour Duncan JB 7 string bridge humbucker, custom re-wound by Wolfe at Wolfetone Pickups.

The rewind lowers the smeary overly-hot output of the modern JB and makes it sound more like the classic 80s/90s JB, clearer with smoother top end and tighter lows. The resistance of this one reads 13.91 k. There's old posts about this rewind and how good it sounds on ss.org here and here and here.

    Modifications (if any):
    Well, the whole rewind thing.

    Accessories:
Includes Duncan mounting screws, ring, and springs.

    International OK?:
Canada and Europe, if you pay the extra shipping. Maybe South America? PM me.

    References:
Perfect iTrader feedback on sevenstring.org, going back 7 years.

    Price:
Getting the rewind done costs $50, on top of buying the original pickup.
I'll sell this one for $80 shipped in the US.

If they don't move on it by the end of the day, I'll put it in Mac

They might could get it delivered in person if they'll meet me somewhere for a beverage.

That would be Dave/Mike... I'm not a JB fan... though I do like beverages!

I've already got these in the bridge position of all three of my sevens, but I'm always up for meeting for drinks.

Yeah, I don't need one, but drinks =

Edit: Oh, and , you totally need this. The only bad thing it that it ruins you for other PUs.

    I'm in.

Mike, I had Wolfe rewind a set of JB-7/59-7's, with nearly the same request… JB-7 wired down to 80's-ish JB specs, and I asked for some extra highs in the 59-7. Had them in my Dean Evo 7, and it was by far and away my favorite guitar after that.

Sadly, that's one of two guitars I had stolen from me 4 years ago (another was a mexi strat). Funny enough though, this will go in Mac, which Rob sent me to replace the Dean
