EB releases more neeeeeeeeew string sets

Edit: Neeeee as in new, mods, fix it if you want, or don't <img src="https://www.metalguitarist.org/forum/images/smilies/laugh.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Laugh" class="inlineimg" />

The lighter ones look like they may be decent options for e-d tunings with alternate feels to their current offering.

The mammoth ones 12-62 are, like most heavy gauges a fucking waste of time due to being totally unbalanced and with an a string that's massively out of sync with the rest.

I picked up a set of 10.5 to 48 D'Addario strings this week. I'm going to try them out.

I can see them feeling great on a lp scale in standard tuning and for eb on a 25.5

The 10.5 set should have a 52 instead of a 48, and the 9.5 set should have that 48 instead of a 44. String makers still intentionally make the bottom string squishier than the 5th and 4th.

The Mammoth set would be okay in B standard, IMO.
