I'd like to just finish writing and recording some stuff.

In terms of playing goals, I'd like to improve my legato... not something I do a lot of, but it'd be great to occasionally pull it out the bag if required.

I'm still trying to integrate my actually-pretty-decent vibrato into my less-than-stellar blues leads, to produce something that someone may listen to and one day describe as, "wait, was that a sloppy Billy Gibbons?"

Are you more used to shreddy leads? Pentatonic blues scale stuff is a lot easier for me than shreddy magic.

My "shred-mode" is like, once my fingers have warmed up, being able to get through the end of Pearl Jam's Alive, which happens about every third time I play it

Find a local blues jam and go once in a while.

My goal is to pick up the guitar to play for enjoyment more than once a month . Tempted to put more time in on bass, to be honest.

So far I've been successful for January - made an instrumental tune with a friend last weekend.
