    How the heck do you spend 1-1.5 hours like that? I would be out in 45 min tops when I did workouts like that.

    Yeah, i go with friend, so we alternate sets and shit, so it takes a bit longer than usual. Days i go alone, its generally 45 mins-1hr, depending.

    My workout consists of playing tennis. I'm not much of a workout type person. My wrist is starting to heal nicely so once I'm fully healed, I can start playing again.

    I don't see how people can spend so long in the gym, unless they're doing 20 mins on bike to warm up and 20 mins on bike after lifting.

    I've stayed in the gym about 2 hours at times before, but that's really draggin' ass.

    I dont really try to do the in-out-done as fast as possible thing.


    No gym for me today, no time. Have to drive to jacksonville to own some noobs live tonight.
