    A few weeks ago, we did a dumbbell clean ladder or something like that, and I had two purple bruises the size of softball on both of my shoulders for a few days afterward.

    yeah dumbbells make pretty much any workout harder

    did a few sets of incline/decline dumbbell bench this morning and holy shit that gets hard.

    6 minute EMOM 2 rep hang snatch @ 80-85% 1rm, so I used 115.

    Then 10 rounds "Cindy"

    5 pull-ups
    10 push-ups
    15 air squats

    Snatch grip push press triple @ 155 lbs

    Drop snatch @ 155 lbs

    10 minute max kettlebell swings @ 55 lbs. I got 183 reps, and my hands are fucked for the rest of the day.

    So I guess the floor press is as close as CrossFit gets to a bench press. You basically lay on the floor and do a bench press, and it's awkward. I haven't done these in a long time.

    So floor press @ 205 lbs

    Then

    800 m run
    30 front squats @ 135 lbs
    30 pushups
    30 box jump overs
    30 push press @ 115 lbs
    800 m run

    t = 17:50
