Alright, let's have those goals! (And don't forget to join us on Strava.)

    Mine:

    - 250 hours of cycling (not focusing on distance this year because I'm on a MTB more than the road)
    - 100 hours of running / x-training
    - Finish a sprint triathlon
    - 5K under 24 Mins
    - Finish a half marathon while I still sort of have the knees for it
    - Learn to lead climb at the rock gym and make it up a 5.10 route
    - Do the 115km D2R2 gravel grind

    Go!

get 2nd mtb to open up more trails and extend rides. though i still love the ss for the riding I planned to be doing with it. Just am pushing myself a lot more than I expected to.
drop about 15 lbs of fat, gain about 4 lbs of muscle.

    - Keep lifting
    - Keep running
    - Work on changing up my diet
    - Start yoga and get mentally healthy

I'm in the routines already, so hopefully I won't fall absolutely face first and make good on none of them

This is almost exactly mine, throw in doing more snowboarding/skiing and attempting some fell running as well.

The biggest kicker of all is despite the past three months of working out five days a week, come the weekend when I'm hauling my hamper of laundry from the basement up to the third floor, I still get fucking winded

I'm on my 3rd load of the day, so knowing I have that coming once more my way isn't exactly a huge ego boost

I already go to the gym 5-6 days a week, but I'd really like to start going on regular hikes. I've been told it's a workout that no gym can simulate.

I guess it depends on what you do at the gym, but hiking is a good test of endurance. How long can you sustain the power you have?
