Ken! Holy shit, buddy, welcome back!

I'm sorry to hear about the nerve damage - I think I remember you talking about that the last time you were around here, but even you at 75% dexterity is probably a pretty scary player, so don't give it up entirely. As the driver of a base '05 Toyota Camry I'm not qualified to weigh in on your car, but it looks cool. And I'm sorry to hear about the divorce. I, ahem, have a way with wives, if you're in need of any assistance...

And I don't drink nearly as much as I used to, I'm afraid. One, I can't, and two, after shoulder surgery this winter (man, we ARE all getting old) I'm trying to shed weight and get back into prime riding shape. I AM slowly writing for another album, though, although it probably won't get recorded this winter...

Yeah, we are all getting old. 50 next year.

You know what's f***** up? I didn't care when I turn 30, I didn't care when I turn 40, and I'm not going to care when I turn 50. But I am having the damnedest time reconciling the fact that I'm going from a size 38 waist to a size 40 waist. Apparently I'm not missing any meals.

It's good to hear that you're writing for a second album. I actually went on a writing spree myself a couple weeks ago. Who knows, maybe I'll come up with another five songs at the 25-year mark. <img src="https://www.metalguitarist.org/forum/images/smilies/laugh.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Laugh" class="inlineimg" />

If you record another album this winter, you should let me contribute to it. I've got Reaper, an sm57 and I'm sure I can borrow a couple of amps from my friend Ryan.

Do it! I don't think I'll get through one this winter (I'm doing a project with my dad and uncle I need to wrap up the drum programming and mix for), but maybe next...?

And do what the rest of us did, and buy a bike and get on Strava. I was getting up there too, but have come back down from a 36 to a 33.
