I've been poking around for a 1U bass preamp and found this:
They're quite reasonable too, only about $400. Anyone happen to own one? I wish the thing wasn't' such an eyesore but it certainly sounds good.

Interested to hear your thoughts when you inevitably buy one. Love Tech 21 for bass sounds especially.
