This is a kickass mix by someone over at sso. He used Trillain and Lecto.

The Lecto an Lextac (one on each side) are my go to sims the majority of the time with the SoloC and Hybrit coming in right behind those two.

Yeah I just use Lecto and the 8505 by Crowe. I don't think I'm going to bother with x50 till its out of beta. Or do you think its worth screwing around with now?

Its totally worth it, being able to change tubes and bias is awesome and it sounds a Lot better than the 8505 IMO. Sounds even more like a 5150 (until you switch it to EL34s or 6550s ). As far as free amp sims, or even some of the paid ones *cough* PODFarm/Amplitube/etc *cough* no one can't touch LePou or TSE right now.

I'll nab it then. I totally agree with you, I just use my pod as a DI box atm Even their amp sims with impulses sound worse than LePoop or TSEx.

So does anyone have mesa Mark III or IV amp sim out there?
seems like most of these are either 5150 or Recto sims.

I think Dirthead is supposed to simulate a Mark IIRC.

Also, for anyone interested in IconW's Lecto processing/settings. Here they are:

Anyone know what impulse that is up top? Not the OJ one but the other one?
