getting up up 225 once at 175 is pretty good though
The streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of blood and when the drains finally scab over, all the vermin will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout "Save us!"... and I'll look down and whisper "No.” ― Alan Moore

Yeah 225 is decent for someone that weight who isn't athletic. The record is insane though

Yeah, this dude's in pretty good shape for "average guy", but it's still pretty clever.

Some of those results are pretty hardcore, like the broad jump (that's apparently an official world record) and bench press. I'd do pretty well on the jumps (think I jumped over 9" in the army - used to play as a soccer goalkeeper so being good at jumping is pretty important) and the sprint, but I've only managed 225 bench press once 10 years ago.

Although I bet I'd beat most NFL players on a 10k
