    I can't seem to find a decent set of strings for my 7. all these 56's on the low end! WTF?! There's a couple with a 60, but i think i want a 62 or 64. I'm a pretty heavy picker, and i tune down a bit... usually a 1/2 step and a drop on the B-string because i dSjuck :P what are you guys...

    Since the tension is even across all strings, does that mean that there is less perceived tension overall? Like, right now my 7 string fretless bass has a pretty flub-bub low B and a tight as jebus high F... I like having a wound high F, but am wondering if I should get like a 0.029 rather...
