Simple 80's/classic metal type track I just recorded with my 'Laboga The Beast Classic 30' head/Laney IRT212 Cab mic'd at bedroom (conversation) levels. Then added the drums from my drum machine (Korg KR Mini) and mixed them in with Audacity. I've used the raw guitar tracks just as they were...

Kicked the Roadster to the curb and got this. Honestly still the perfect sound. Grindy, just how I like it. Spicing it up a little with a Strymon Big Sky to add some verb and stuff and even out the mediocre cleans.

Okay I know this is not the area of music most people on this site care about but it was an amazing display of this guy's abilities. So the radio DJs wrote a bunch of pop songs on cue cards and hands them to the person while he is singing. His job is to make the songs meld together. Not sure...

What do you do when your audience is a bunch of meat-heads that clap on the 1 and 3? You throw in a ghost note, so they end up clapping on the 2 and 4! Absolutely fucking brilliant. Deftly pulled off. Most people wouldn't even realize what he did or how he did it.

Kind of sad because usually if it comes back people do not beat it a second time, but still sending plenty of well wishes out to him. Def Leppard's Vivian Campbell: "My Cancer Has Returned" | GuitarPlayer

This was something I noticed over the weekend, for some reason, and have started thinking about - when you play a trill, do you start the trill with a hammer-on or a pull off? For example, if you're trilling on the D string between the open D and a 2nd fret E, do you start the trill by picking...

As the title says. Several dents on the neck and headstock (no cracks that I can see through). Trem has a lot of pitting in the finish due to heavy use over the years (sweat salts etc). Guessing it needs a fret level and dress buy the look of it (heavily used). Heaps (and i mean HEAPS) of chips...

It's kinda long. Delosis - Musical Listening Test I got 29/30 and 28/30. I thought it was going to play two notes or chords and ask if they were the same. Nope lol.

My search continues, but yesterday I found a fucked up epi Nighthawk. Scored it for 125 dollars. I sold 1 of my old C.B.G beater builds for 100 dollars to help fund this purchase of insanity. I am the anti corksniffer. :flex: :agreed:
