This is a 2002(?) BC Rich Warlock trem. Amazingly, this is the first time in 25 years of owning Floyd's I've needed one of these. Kinda surprised I never lost one before... Edit: subject line should say "Where" not "WHer"

Replaced my LO TRS in my RG7420. Seemed to fit perfectly, until I went to put the cavity cover back on. The block is just a hair too tall. I still have to measure the block, but Floyd Upgrades has 7 string brass blocks. I think the 34mm one is the one I need. Anybody run across this problem...

"Tandskena" means "dental splint" I just woke up, swapped a couple of necks on two guitars and instantly noticed why I've been right all the time! Why does some say "if you block the bridge, remove the locking clamps"? It's just contra productive. Here's a video that showcases why...

I have an FR1000 that's in the new JS75 and I need a new block for it as it needs a 37 or 42mm. Getting one for the 1000 series here is impossible, so I'll probably have to get one for the German made model. Will they fit before I go and outlay the cash?

Axe-Fx II Firmware 19.00 Released If you use drive blocks in front of your amp sims, you need this update. I had to tweak some parameters after the update, but it's worth it. The drives do a better job of seasoning the amp sound now rather than overwhelming it.

My big brass term block just turn up for my geetar. Going to fit it later and will report back later... Last one I fitted to my other Ibby made a real difference to the sound. So time to get the tools out. The guitar ready for the transplant, and the new block..

I've been doing some reading on these and cant seem to find any definitive information on what the actual changes are other than increased sustain... the key part that I want to know is will it dull/brighten the sound how is low end affected. Also does it affect the amount you can pull up as...

Pretty basic shit, but for folks with an MFC who don't want to RTFM, here you go!

Does anyone know if it's possible to use a Floyd trem block on an Ibanez Lo-Pro Edge trem? Somehow, after a few years of having the guitar set up this way, I've only just tonight noticed that the springs on my Gunslinger's trem are actually bent over an edge in the cavity  Basically, a...

Big Blocks - 7 String : FloydUpgrades.com!, Floyd Rose Tremolo Upgrades Floyd Upgrades is now making 7-string specific blocks. I'm guessing they are simply longer than the standard block, since Floyd uses them same blocks on both sixer and seven bridges. Sucks that I already upgraded my block...

OK so to follow up on what Dave said in the Gotoh Floyd thread. What's the general consensus with floydupgrade's brass blocks, and the others I'm seeing on EBay (including one for the Wilkinson VS100). An essential upgrade?
