Man, finally. I was gonna do a NCD on this thing months ago, but I had a guitar center fiasco. I'll put that story below the pics if you wanna read it.
Front-loaded G12-K100 speakers
This thing slays. Sounds super focused and punchy. More balanced than V30s...
So, I recently (and by recently I mean this was a three month ordeal), bought a Diezel Zerrer preamp, I actually bought four, but this is the first one I actually saw physically. Apparently a bunch of retailers don't know what the fuck "In stock" means, it does not mean "You know, we don't know...
I was cruising on Sweetwater and came across this thing. Looks like they are trying to capture some of the digital modeling camp who also wants tubes but flexibility.
This thread could also be called "THE RETURN OF THE MODULES!!!11!1!"
The mighty Diezel Herbert MKII... one of the meanest, most evil sounding high gain amps ever made:
I just got my brand-spakin-new Diezel Herbert MkII and Diezel frontloaded 4X12 with V30s. I love the smell of new amps in the morning. I used to have a MKI and it was my #1 amp for about 5...
Selling off excess gear to fund some other ventures.
Note, price in Australian Dollars
Rivera Bonehead, Steve Lukathers Rivera signature. Only 85 or so were made and were most notably used on Korns Follow the Leader and Issues. Basically it's a 3 channel Knucklehead on steroids with individual...
Hi, guys, I have been looking for a small, light, low wattage amp for some time now. I needed something compact that I can practice with late at night in my apartment. My Savage is too big for that... so I got a Diezel. Am I doing this right?
So, after having had a Roadking II for 5 years I realized a while ago I just wasn't McLovin' it as much as I wanted to and had kind of restarted my VHT fanboidom (never really went away now I think about it) so figured it was time for change. Plus I kind of realised I just didn't need a 4...
My Herbert's gained a baby brother over the weekend. I've only been able to have it at low volumes, but it seems less scooped than the Herbert (not that the Herbie's a scooped amp) even at the same EQ settings/room volume. I'm really liking it and looking forward to cranking it with my band...
Basically, title says it all. Opinions.
One thing is that I don't actually need 4 channels. The other is that the volume difference between 1+2 and 3+4 kind of anoys the hell out of me.
However, it sounds great, and the rectifier channels are pretty damn awesome.
Just a minor repair for a dead LED in my Herbert, but it was rude to not take some pictures while I was there.
First up, workbench Diezel style (two 2x12's)
Probably the equivalent of the GDP of a small 3rd world country in gear here. Could have been more if we could have been bothered to...
So, as already anounced in the NAD thread - to my deepest regrets I have to part ways with my best friend in the last years: my Diezel Herbert.
This is made in 2008, I am first owner (this was not even in the showroom of the store, this was ordered for me only and went straight from their...
Say hello to Diezel's newest and simplest amp in their lineup, the 'Lil Fokker! This 2 channel Rock beast sounds incredible! A great clean channel mixed with a HUGE OD channel with PLENTY of gain on tap for every situation!
