I've always played my acoustic srt of like a glorified unamplified electric, and I'd kind of like to change that. Are there any good fingerstyle pieces out on the net that you guys would recommend? I remember Metal Ken used to have a link to like 30 or so etudes aimed at the beginning...

Just learned about this guy, and he has some fantastic playing. I was watching his videos when I happened upon these. I guess his goal is to write 13 (he has four so far) etudes that highlight a different approaches and concepts.

... because I have some huddled acoustic playing yearning to breathe free (from all this being grim). I can only play "To Rid The Disease" and "Hope Leaves", and I can only play them so many times before I'll get tired of them/they stop challenging me. Give me some stuff for a contingency plan...
