I'm going to buy an iPad Air 2020 64Gb since I'm going home for Christmas and New years Eve and Portugal is in a very strict Lockdown so I will be confined home most of the time but at least I'm with family. I have my guitars at my Moms house but no Amp and I don't even own a Laptop now, it...

I'm a complete newbie when it comes to anything Apple-related, so I thought I'd just ask here. My band has started using an iPad for our drummer's clicktrack (yes, we use a click live). Inspired by how bands like Meshuggah and Periphery run their live shows, we have now been toying with the...

I know a lot of you liked the smaller screen size of the 5/5s, and they just announced the SE version today - same under the hood specs of the 6S but in a smaller 5S sized package. I imagine many people will be happy with this.

I have heard some great tones from amplitube, bias-amps so I went out and bought an ipad for this purpose, along with an interface. So im looking for suggestion on a speaker I can add to the setup. Would you go with studio monitors or like an alto speaker? Also what is the best amp software to...

So, as the resident Apple fanboy here, I feel obligated to let you all know new products were announced today. iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. Faster proc, more RAM, 12mp camera, and "3D Touch", which makes it pressure-sensitive. I think. Physically the same as the 6. iPad Pro. An iPad. But bigger...

Hey guys, my name is Leon, and I'm basically new to this entire section of the forum  Thing is, the guys in my coverband are getting restless and want to start writing some originals. Since I've never done that before, it's pretty scary, but definitely exciting at the same time. What...

I don't have the time to trial-and-error software, so I am hoping you can help me. I need to be able to make click tracks to midi guitar files such as powertab. Here's what I used to do for Division, using windows. Tab a song with powertab, complete with mid-song tempo changes...

I'm looking for a new interface for the ipad. I've currently got the crappy original iRig which has way to much noise. I'm trying to decide between the sonicport, apogee jam, and iRig hd. All have there benefits and downsides. At the moment I'm leaning towards the sonicport due to the fact it...

I'm thinking about purchasing an apogee jam 96k to use with jamup pro on my ipad mini. Has anyone used this setup and had any latency or connection problems. I was reading some reviews and saw that some people were having problems with keeping the lighting connector connected to their ipad.

Go! Audio, notes, video, games, whatever you use the most. Currently, I'm using DS Audio to stream music from my NAS, and will be running DS Video as well. Other than running Excel (or Numbers?), I don't have many other plans for my new iPad, but I'm curious to see what's out there.

so I've decided I'm happy with the positive grid stuff... but doing on my phone has been a hassle, so i grabbed an iPad today. problem is, when i put it on the iPad, its missing all the cool amps and upgrades I've got for it. when i set up the iPad i set up as new, cause i didn't want all the...

I want to run Jamup ProXT, BIAS, Amplitude, Garage Band...etc. what's the best interface on the low end? Anybody know if I can use the new Line 6 Pod Studio UX2 w/iPad Air? Is it any good? What's better iRig or Sonic Port? Should I just throw down for Apogee?

Wirelessly posted Basically what the title says. I bought a cheap generic one just to try different apps. But now I want to start using it more often. Ideally I don't want to spend a fortune but I just want a decent one with as low latency as possible.

NRD - iPad mini 2, Positive Grid JamUp XT, Bias and IK Multimedia iRig HD Recently I get iPad mini 2 and IK Multimedia iRig HD as a Christmas gift for myself. I instantly bought Positive Grid Bias and Ola, Merrow, Loomis expansion for JamUP and I'm very impressed! I think this combo is great...
