Is awesome. I read a LOT of books, around 2-3 per week, and have owned almost every generation of kindle hardware amazon has made, and this is by far the closest to perfection an e-reader has come.
Very much worth the $200 it costs if you read as much as I do.
Some random stuff I don't use anymore. I think I get 'em priced fairly but if I'm off base feel free to make offers :)

Not sure if they're any good, but they're free, and there's some Server 2012/R2 and SQL books in there.
First 5 books here. Compatible with Kindle apps too, not just an actual Kindle.
It looks like I am going to give my girlfriend my Galaxy Tab 10.1 because she will probably use it a lot more. I would rather keep an ultrabook in my bag, and use a Kindle for books. I currently use my Galaxy Tab for Kindle.
I have a little quandry on which Kindle to get. A lot of my reading...
Kindle Fire HD 8.9" 4G - Latest Wireless Technology with 4G LTE

Like the title says I looking for something to read. What do you suggest? I don't care about genre as long as its interesting. My buddy suggested Steve Jobs biography so I'll probably grab that, but what are you guys reading? let me know! Thanx E.
I've kinda fallen in love with reading on a Kindle, having borrowed my mom's Kindle for the China trip. And carrying around the iPad and the Kindle is still lighter than a laptop, so it doesn't bother me.
Anyway, I think I want the Kindle Touch for $100, and I know that it has special offer ads...

I mentioned this in the Kindle thread a while back - once every so often, my Kindle would reboot mid-page. I thought it was because I was bumping the power switch. It happened a couple of times today, and I found this:

So, my mom bought a brand new Kindle and is really enjoying it, but part of why she bought it was she wants a bunch of her own files on there to have with her (she's a ventriloquist, and wants to have her scripts with her, as well as her brother's a writer, and she's reading his latest novel)...
Got it through my company's rewards program so all I paid is sales tax. So I'm into Sci Fi and dark humor, what do you guys suggest to help me fill this thing that's not already on the MG reading list?
Did this last night. It's quick, easy, and awesome! The only snag I hit, was the update file for the kindle 2 didn't work, and I had to use the "international" update for some reason. Not sure why. Didn't adversely affect it in any way though.

Wonder if he got in before the ban.

There is definitely some 1st Amendment issues here but being a dad I feel perfectly comfortable denying sick fucks the right to this book.
My family gave me a Kindle for Christmas, and I've been reading like mad ever since.
However, I'm suddenly out of ideas for books to grab. I'm a sci-fi/fantasy nut, but I'm open to pretty much anything. I've been reading Neal Stephenson recently, if that's any indicator.
