When I saw this on Facebook I had no clue who Tim Howley was until I looked him up and found he was in a band I'm kind of familiar with (Fit For An Autopsy). Either way, this guitar is what I'd spec given the opportunity to have an LACS built. To me it's damn near perfect.

Caught this on his Instagram a few days back. Purple and gold w/ the white pearloid pickguard looks killer and that quilt top looks pretty insane. Products&Ordering - Graph Tech I think this would look sick on my LACS.

Initial thoughts after 10 minutes of play and fucking with it to rebalance the trem: I suspect the body is at least Alder if not a heavier tone wood. It is far too heavy for Basswood in anycase, and way too crisp. I will confirm that later when I remove the neck. I can't tell from the cavities...
