After finishing my Franken7 project (still need to put a Hipshot bridge on it, but that's coming soon), I've been itching for another project. A few opportunities have come and gone, including a B.C. Rich that intrigued me but it was just a bronze series and the owner wanted too much for it...

I've been spending on my cheap Pacifica, a whole £12 on a new pick guard. What turned up: The patient (now with all traces of stickers removed) A quick old/new comparison The old guard was pretty manky The finished product The yellow knobs are temporary until I get around to cleaning...

Got this as payment for wiring a couple guitars for a friend of mine. Needs a bit of work, but I couldn't say no to a free King V. :yesway: Not sure how i'm going to repair the horn just yet. I don't want to spend a fortune resurrecting this but thinking about plugging the neck pickup hole...

So, i bought a DBK body, as I like the finish, and the pickguard was broken. I ordered a new one, and then broke that one whilst being retarded. So I got gaffa tape, slapped in the pickups, put a neck on it, and then, this was born! it's a shame none of the boards on the MTM2's I acquired...

Hey guys, long time coming with this post. I finished up the soldering and Floyd setup over the weekend and got the "green machine" up and running! The body was originally a KVX10 (with the blue swirl paintjob) and the neck was from a MII Dinky. The bridge is a Jackson JT-580, pickups are...

So a few years ago, i got a Strat VII. I had big plans to do some modest mods just to make it look a little more classy. Here's how it started out: Within a few months, i had scored a couple of the last Warmoth 7-string single-coil pickups (reportedly made by Tom Anderson) and a tortoiseshell...

Yep, I've bought yet another guitar  I couldn't resist this one though, not at the price. I was in the local Cash Converters (like a pawn shop with out the pawn option for those not native to the UK) and spotted this hanging on the wall. I've always had a bit of a soft spot for the Warlock...

So, after the epic fail that was my last try at this, I decided I needed a better base for this build. A new body was acquired, Mexican made Fender, mint condition: New neck was purchased on Ebay. Small builder out of Niagara Falls NY: Holes were drilled in the neck and body, note the old...

New Parts Guitar Day!! Okay, so about a month ago I sold my Schecter with the intent of building something like this: Which is based on Adrian Smith's guitar from Death On The Road: So, I set about finding a sunburst mexi strat, and failed. In sevenstring.org's classifieds I found...
