Pretty ho-hum as far as actual Floyd albums go (I'm firmly in the camp that the band was definitely better with Gilmour AND Waters), but man, what a tour de force from David Gilmour. Some of his best playing, and possibly his best tone, he's ever recorded.
He'd already switched over to EMG...
I've had my white Kramer Focus for sale on Reverb for awhile, ended up trading it for another Kramer, I think it's either an 88 or 89 due to head stock and I think these were actually made in USA in the Neptune factory with Spectors.
3 piece maple neck
Sorry for the delay. I've been working insane hours this week. It arrived last Saturday & for those following my FB, I spent the entire weekend playing it at home & at rehearsal with a 6-piece band. I'm so glad I did this. Seriously impressed with how responsive it is. If you have any questions...
Holy shit has this record been ruling my life lately. You see the band name and think it's ultra kvlt and then get to 4:00 and it goes full on Pink Floyd. Seriously, I fucking can't get enough of this album.
I just got some pink Dimarzio Titans installed in my Rg450. These things sounded really good up until I tried to replace the middle pickup. I ended up fucking up the wiring so I'll need to fix that before I get some clips up.
Here's my new Barrington Magenta monster(can't spell magenta without man.)
When I saw the initial picture it was in a dark room and appeared red... Anyways...
She's a real interesting piece, has a Scott Ian pickup in the bridge, (I believe a gotoh) Floyd rose, and surprisingly a telecaster-like...
They're customs for guitarist Toki of visual kei band Aldious (yes she's female). Specs wise, they're really just pink versions of the production ESP Arrows. Still, the shape looks so cool.
For those interested, here's a sample of her music:
Just wanted to share this nice little guitar with you, though I will be the only one playing it heehee.
This project took me well over a year to get done so I now want to show it around a bit I guess.
Firstly, I wish to thank Waltheer who drew up the entire electronics...
